Led by Executive Pastry Chef UK Daniel Pearse and headed up by Head Pastry Chef Antoine Bled, the patisserie offering at Yauatcha
includes an extensive array of macarons, petits gateaux, chocolates and gateaux that take inspiration from Chinese heritage and ingredients. A wide range of teas are also available, ranging from delicate and floral green teas to smoky oolongs originating from China, Taiwan, Japan and India.
The petits gateaux, macarons, homemade chocolates and teas are available at each restaurant from their patisserie counter. They are also available at Yauatcha Patisserie, the first standalone patisserie for Yauatcha, located below Yauatcha City in Broadgate Circle, London.
Yauatcha Patisserie is open from Monday to Friday – 8am until 6pm.
