Yauatcha Patisserie is launching a new collection of six ice cream macarons inspired by the unique flavours and ingredients inherent in Cantonese cuisine.

Created by Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Pearse and debuting at Taste of London on Wednesday 13th June, the exclusive ice cream macarons will be available throughout the festival before being served from a Yauatcha bike positioned outside Yauatcha City throughout the summer.
