Yauatcha Patisserie is introducing a new collection of ice cream macarons created by Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Pearse and the patisserie team.

The exclusive selection of six new ice cream macarons take inspiration from Yauatcha’s Cantonese heritage, with flavours of raspberry and lychee influenced by Yauatcha Patisserie’s signature Raspberry delice, yuzu and matcha, and chocolate and soy caramel.

The ice cream macarons will debut at at Taste of London from 13th until 17th June, before being served throughout the summer from the Yauatcha bike positioned outside of Yauatcha City in Broadgate Circle.
