Pastry chef Graham Hornigold is at the helm of the pastry kitchen, with a team producing macarons, petit gateaux and chocolates daily.

Yauatcha is the only restaurant in Hakkasan Group to provide a patisserie retail offering. Displayed in exquisite glass cabinets, reminiscent of jewellery showcases, the gem-like sweets include macarons, petits gateaux and handmade chocolates. The desserts at Yauatcha are influenced by modern-European cooking, and are created to act as a palate cleanser after the spicy Chinese cuisine. Although European in essence, the desserts take inspiration from authentic Chinese flavours, including the Matcha tart, Jasmine honey and Guava dome.
