The Nyetimber Estate, located in West Chiltington, West Sussex, was the first producer of English sparkling wine to exclusively grow the three grape varieties commonly associated with champagne: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
The award-winning sparkling wine is made from 100% estate-grown grapes from three counties: West Sussex, Hampshire and Kent.

NYETIMBER AND FOOD PAIRING
Nyetimber’s wines are renowned for their delicacy and freshness, which makes them a perfect pairing to the cuisine of Yauatcha. The Classic Cuvee MV, Nyetimber’s signature wine, has all the elegance and finesse for which Nyetimber has become known, with the bright citrus fruit character acting as a perfect foil to fish, seafood and poultry.
With more than three years ageing in the bottle, the wine also shows lovely biscuit and brioche complexities, making it a guilty pleasure with all things pastry and dumplings.
