From the opening of the first Yauatcha in Soho fifteen years ago, rosé has been a prominent feature on the wine list.

The Celebration of Rosé menu pairs a selection of dishes with four iconic Château d’Esclans wines to celebrate the summer months.

The light and elegant nature of rosé wine is the ideal accompaniment to dim sum due to its refreshing qualities, from crisp pink wines to the Rhone Valley slightly spicy varieties. Produced in the classic, pale pink Provence style, the wines are a perfect match with the sweet, delicate flavours of Cantonese cuisine. 

Available from Monday 17th June throughout the summer.
