In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, one of the oldest and most respected festivals in the Chinese calendar, Yauatcha will be offering mooncakes from Monday 19th August to Sunday 15th September.

New to the menu, Yauatcha will be offering the Snow skin mooncake, filled with silken red bean and pine nut. 

In addition, the signature Egg custard mooncake, filled with a thick golden Chinese custard and encased in sweet pastry, will also be available.

Launching in the auspicious eighth month of the year, these small round Chinese pastries represent the full moon and unity. Often given as gifts when the moon is considered to be at its roundest, the culinary tradition is one that has stood the test of time.

The mooncakes will be on offer at Yauatcha Soho and Yauatcha City on the a la carte menu and retail counters priced at £4.50 each.

The boxes of mooncakes will be presented in a luxury bespoke pink foiled sleeve, ideal for gifting at this special time. Corporate orders are also available.
