Yauatcha is celebrating the shifting of the seasons with the Autumn Collection, a range of five petits gateaux and six macarons inspired by autumnal ingredients.

The Autumn Collection showcases rich, warm and comforting flavours such as chestnuts, sweet Bramley apples, caramel and bourbon whisky.

Highlights of the new range include the Mont-Blanc, an interpretation on a classic dessert with smooth chestnut mousse flavoured with bourbon and Tahitian vanilla, and the Hazelnut and yuzu Paris-Bret, a choux pastry filled with roasted hazelnut and topped with crunchy praline.
