Yauatcha is celebrating the beginning of cooler days and shorter nights with the launch of the new Autumn Collection, a range of five new petits gateaux and macarons as well as an exclusive cocktail created in partnership with Grey Goose.
The Early Martini is a unique interpretation on the popular and much-loved Espresso Martini, made with Earl Grey tea-infused Grey Goose vodka, as well as coffee and chocolate liqueurs creating layers of subtlety and a deliciously long finish.

The Early Martini can be enjoyed on the Yauatcha Terrace, which will now be open until the end of October, at the bar, or alongside dim sum.
The Autumn Collection of patisserie showcases the rich, warm and comforting flavours synonymous with the season such as ripe, sweet plums and juicy blackberries, as well as flavours of dark chocolate, spicy ginger and red wine.
Highlights of the new patisserie include the Salted caramel delice, with crunchy peanut feuilletine, banana and lime, and a salted caramel mousse, and the Autumn forest fruits, celebrating the quintessential flavours of British autumn: a blackberry and plum mousse, red wine plum jelly and an almond streusel biscuit base.
